We accept returns on unopened items only.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Due to the nature of skincare, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

To start a return, contact hello@trixskin.com with your order confirmation.

Approved returns will receive instructions for where to send the item. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for return.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We’ll make it right.

Sensitive Skin & Patch Testing

We recommend patch testing before full use.

Individual skin reactions do not qualify as defects, and opened products cannot be returned for this reason.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

To switch products, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
