Returns

We accept returns on unopened items, within 30 days of delivery.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return.

Due to the nature of skincare, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.

To start a return, email hello@trixskin.com with your order confirmation.

Approved returns will receive instructions on where to send the item — anything sent back without approval can't be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We can't accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items damaged through misuse or improper storage
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order when it arrives. If something isn't right, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We'll make it right.

Sensitive Skin & Patch Testing

We recommend patch testing before full use.

Individual skin reactions don't qualify as defects, and opened products can't be returned for this reason. But if it doesn't agree with your skin, reach out anyway — we'll do what we can.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know it's approved.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. To switch products, return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
