We use tallow because its composition closely mirrors the skin’s natural barrier. This is how The Whole delivers hydration and resilience with so few ingredients.
Does it have a scent?
There's no added fragrance and no essential oils — it's a neutral scent.
What quality of tallow do you use?
We use pasture-raised, 100% grass-fed suet — sourced in North America.
Is it suitable for acne-prone skin?
The Whole is designed to work with your skin without feeling heavy. For acne-prone skin, start with a little and build from there. Most people find it actually reduces congestion over time.
What are the key ingredients?
We use grass-fed tallow, organic beeswax, organic jojoba oil, organic arrowroot powder, with a splash of organic frankincense. That's it. An intentionally short list — only what matters, nothing unnecessary.
